Population structure indicators at national level

In 2016, Sweden's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.2% compared to 2015, reaching 34.4.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 32.2.

Sweden ranks 7th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.9% (from 31.6 in 2011).
