Population structure indicators at national level

In 2021, Finland's population structure indicators at national level increased by 2.3% compared to 2020, reaching 40.3.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 35.4.

Finland ranks 1st out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 13.5% (from 35.5 in 2016).
