Population structure indicators at national level

In 2008, France's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.4% compared to 2007, reaching 27.9.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 28.1.

France ranks 12th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.1% (from 27.6 in 2003).
