In 2022, Greece's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 20.7% compared to 2021, reaching 71,130.

Greece ranks 13th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 23.2% (from 92,666 in 2017).
