Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2025, Greece's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group decreased by 0.4% compared to 2024, reaching 69.4%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.5%.

Greece ranks 18th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 6.1% (from 73.9% in 2020).
