Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2024, Greece's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group increased by 0.1% compared to 2023, reaching 69.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.4%.

Greece ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 7.6% (from 75.4% in 2019).
