Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2020, Greece's unemployment by sex and age increased by 1.3% compared to 2019, reaching 38.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 17.6%.

Greece ranks 2nd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 24.5% (from 50.3% in 2015).
