Fertility indicators

In 1990, Hungary's fertility indicators increased by 2.7% compared to 1989, reaching 1.87.

Hungary ranks 10th out of 23 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.1% (from 1.85 in 1985).
