Population structure indicators at national level

In 2021, Hungary's population structure indicators at national level increased by 3.1% compared to 2020, reaching 33.5.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 35.4.

Hungary ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 14.7% (from 29.2 in 2016).
