Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2023, Latvia's main indicators decreased by 1.2% compared to 2022, reaching 43.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 24.6%.

Latvia ranks 4th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.1% (from 40.0% in 2018).
