Fertility indicators

In 1991, Lithuania's fertility indicators decreased by 1.0% compared to 1990, reaching 2.01.

Lithuania ranks 6th out of 23 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 5.2% (from 2.12 in 1986).
