At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2022, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex decreased by 10.7% compared to 2021, reaching 15.9%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 15.6%.

Luxembourg ranks 10th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 2.6% (from 15.5% in 2017).
