At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2023, Luxembourg's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 8.8% compared to 2022, reaching 17.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 15.4%.

Luxembourg ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 12.3% (from 15.4% in 2018).
