At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2023, Lithuania's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 4.5% compared to 2022, reaching 18.6%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 15.4%.

Lithuania ranks 6th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 10.1% (from 20.7% in 2018).
