Share of energy from renewable sources

In 2024, Poland's share of energy from renewable sources decreased by 4.8% compared to 2023, reaching 6.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 11.2%.

Poland ranks 24th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 2.7% (from 6.2% in 2019).
