Population structure indicators at national level

In 2009, Croatia's population structure indicators at national level increased by 0.3% compared to 2008, reaching 29.4.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 28.4.

Croatia ranks 5th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.3% (from 28.2 in 2004).
