Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2023, Cyprus's main indicators increased by 4.0% compared to 2022, reaching 20.2%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 24.6%.

Cyprus ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 45.7% (from 13.9% in 2018).
