Unemployment by sex and age - annual data

In 2020, Czechia's unemployment by sex and age increased by 42.9% compared to 2019, reaching 8.0%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 17.6%.

Czechia ranks 26th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 36.5% (from 12.6% in 2015).
