In 2018, Estonia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 3.0% compared to 2017, reaching 7,403.

Estonia ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 55.0% (from 16,465 in 2013).
