Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2024, Estonia's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group decreased by 1.7% compared to 2023, reaching 79.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.4%.

Estonia ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 2.9% (from 81.7% in 2019).
