Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2024, Latvia's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group increased by 1.1% compared to 2023, reaching 83.7%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 68.4%.

Latvia ranks 8th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 4.4% (from 80.2% in 2019).
