Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2023, Estonia's main indicators increased by 9.4% compared to 2022, reaching 31.8%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 45.4%.

Estonia ranks 17th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 61.8% (from 19.7% in 2018).
