Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2021, Finland's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 17.8% compared to 2020, reaching 6,400.

Finland ranks 16th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 25.8% (from 8,629 in 2016).
