Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2022, Lithuania's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 24.5% compared to 2021, reaching 9,628.

Lithuania ranks 23rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 43.5% (from 17,040 in 2017).
