Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2014, Malta's police-recorded offences by offence category increased by 5.1% compared to 2013, reaching 1,245.

Malta ranks 24th out of 25 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 7.2% (from 1,161 in 2009).
