Police-recorded offences by offence category

In 2017, Slovakia's police-recorded offences by offence category decreased by 8.6% compared to 2016, reaching 5,720.

Slovakia ranks 19th out of 24 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 51.8% (from 11,855 in 2012).
