Share of energy from renewable sources

In 2024, Croatia's share of energy from renewable sources increased by 1.8% compared to 2023, reaching 0.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 11.2%.

Croatia ranks 27th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 84.0% (from 5.9% in 2019).
