Distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group

In 2024, Denmark's distribution of population by tenure status, type of household and income group increased by 1.5% compared to 2023, reaching 60.9%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 68.4%.

Denmark ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 0.2% (from 60.8% in 2019).
