Fertility indicators

In 1991, Finland's fertility indicators increased by 0.6% compared to 1990, reaching 1.79.

Finland ranks 11th out of 23 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.9% (from 1.60 in 1986).
