At-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex - EU-SILC and ECHP surveys

In 2021, Greece's at-risk-of-poverty rate by poverty threshold, age and sex increased by 3.8% compared to 2020, reaching 13.5%.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 16.7%.

Greece ranks 19th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 8.9% (from 12.4% in 2016).
