Fertility indicators

In 1991, Spain's fertility indicators decreased by 2.2% compared to 1990, reaching 1.33.

Spain ranks 22nd out of 23 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 14.7% (from 1.56 in 1986).
