Population structure indicators at national level

In 2016, Spain's population structure indicators at national level increased by 1.3% compared to 2015, reaching 30.3.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 32.2.

Spain ranks 16th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 11.8% (from 27.1 in 2011).
