Share of energy from renewable sources

In 2024, Croatia's share of energy from renewable sources decreased by 5.7% compared to 2023, reaching 26.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 25.2%.

Croatia ranks 9th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has fallen by 7.0% (from 28.5% in 2019).
