Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2024, Denmark's main indicators increased by 6.2% compared to 2023, reaching 46.5%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 25.2%.

Denmark ranks 3rd out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 25.5% (from 37.0% in 2019).
