Population structure indicators at national level

In 2009, Cyprus's population structure indicators at national level decreased by 0.5% compared to 2008, reaching 20.1.

The figure is below the EU-27 average of 28.4.

Cyprus ranks 25th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the bottom half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 1.0% (from 19.9 in 2004).
