Share of energy from renewable sources

In 2024, Croatia's share of energy from renewable sources increased by 0.9% compared to 2023, reaching 58.0%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 47.5%.

Croatia ranks 6th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 16.6% (from 49.8% in 2019).
