Main indicators - share of renewable energy

In 2024, Finland's main indicators increased by 3.7% compared to 2023, reaching 54.3%.

The figure is above the EU-27 average of 47.5%.

Finland ranks 8th out of 27 EU member states with reported data — in the top half of the distribution.

Over the past five years, the indicator has grown by 43.0% (from 38.0% in 2019).
